The members of IIBN come from a variety of corporate and academic backgrounds and are united in their efforts to provide a dynamic and vibrant environment in which fellow professionals can share their experiences and draw from a common pool of knowledge and experience.
As a member of IIBN, you will have the opportunity to network and gain from formal and informal conversations with a wide range of professional business talent. Membership of IIBN is divided into two categories, as follows:
1. Charter Members
A Charter Member will typically have demonstrated excellence in their professional field and will be generally recognised as an industry leader with an impeccable reputation.Charter Membership is by invitation only and all new Charter Members may only be referred by another Charter Member.As part of the membership process, all Charter Members will be interviewed by a member of the Membership Committee. IIBN will not provide reasons for the rejection of any applicants’ membership application, under any circumstances, and the decision of the Membership Committee is final.
2. General Members
General Membership is open to all first, second and third generation Irish business professionals who have demonstrated a successful track record in their respective profession. Applicants for membership must complete (or download) the online application form and submit it to IIBN for consideration. The approval process generally takes seven days from receipt of the application and typically includes some background research into the suitability of the applicant. IIBN will not provide reasons for the rejection of any applicants membership application, under any circumstances, and the decision of the Membership Committee is final.
