Wireless and the Fourth Industrial Revolution – This Changes Everything!
A Talk with Ronan Dunne, EVP & Group President Verizon Wireless
“We stand on the brink of a technological revolution that will fundamentally alter the way we live, work, and relate to one another. In its scale, scope, and complexity, the transformation will be unlike anything humankind has experienced before,” Klaus Schwab, founder World Economic Forum.
Wireless will truly come of age in its 5th Generation. Businesses like Verizon are not waiting for that future, they are building it. But to truly harness the potential of 5G it won’t simply be enough to build the infrastructure, we need to build a coalition between business and and every part of civil society to ensure the benefits are felt throughout our society. Now is the time to start that dialogue and set an ambitious agenda.
In a special keynote address, Ronan Dunne, EVP and Group President of Verizon Wireless will talk about the challenges and opportunities the corporate sector, civil society and governments are facing in this new era; and share what Verizon is doing to shape the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
In a follow-up fireside chat, he digs deeper into how wireless technology must be a force for inclusion and positive societal change. Come with your questions and join the conversation.
Tickets are required.
