New appointment at IIBN
IIBN is delighted to announce the appointment of Angela Sammon as Chief Commercial Officer at IIBN. In her new role, Angela will oversee income generation for the organisation, including sponsorship, membership expansion and special events.
She joins IIBN with a successful track record in the charity fundraising sector. She was most recently Partnerships Director at the award-winning education charity The Brilliant Club; and formerly Key Relationship Manager at GOAL, the international humanitarian organisation.
Originally from Mayo, Angela has lived in London for over 20 years where she has played an active role in London-Irish organisations. She is currently Chair of Irish Film London, which champions Irish film and animation in the UK. She holds a post-graduate diploma from NUIG in Applied Communications, having previously graduated from University College Cork with a BA in English and History.
